The Brentknoll team hosted a Garden Party at the practice to celebrate the official opening of the long anticipated CT Scanner on Sunday 6th of September
Deputy Mayor Councillor Mike Whitehouse did the honors of cutting the ribbon to officially open the newly renovated CT department. Seen pictured here with Clinical Director Dave Fisher, it was a proud moment for Dave who has worked very hard to make this installation happen.
"The CT scanner has so many wonderful benefits and offers huge improvements to the level of care we can now offer our patients. It's been a long time coming but since installation it has already helped us make significantly quickly diagnosis's and has allowed the vets to treat animals on site rather than sending them to referral centres, which is good news for their owners." Dave Fisher, Clinical Director.
The Tennis court area behind the practice was transformed in to the perfect summer garden party complete with bunting, marquee, music and buffet refreshments.
Members of the Brentknoll team welcomed guests with a Mimosa cocktail and all enjoyed a slice of the CT Scanner cake, which was presented to Dave after the opening ribbon cut as an added surprise for the day.
We invited long standing clients, some who have been attending the practice since it was based in Bath Road, Worcester back in 1993 and members of the practice's Pet Health Plan. They were treated to a VIP experience and they enjoyed a guided tour of the specially converted building, which was lead by the senior nurses. After their tour each group listened to a short talk about advantages of CT and watched some pretty impressive technology.
A great day was had by all who attended, watch the video below to see more of this wonderful day
