Members of the Brentknoll team attended the Animals r Magic event this July and what a day we had!

brentknoll vets, Jinney ring, animals r magicThe annual event brings together animals of all kinds from ferrets to Alpacas and celebrates all things animal. The event is ran by the Cinnamon trust and their wonderful volunteer Janet Morgan, who sadly informed us that this will be her last year as organiser whilst she enjoys retirement from event planning.

Who are the Cinnamon Trust?

The Cinnamon Trust work to improve the lives of elderly and terminally ill people and their pets by relieving the anxieties, problems, and sometimes injustices they face. The Trust was founded in 1985 by Averil Jarvis and was named after her beloved Corgi "Cinnamon"; since it's set up they  have helped countless people preserve the relationship with their pets during illness or old age.

The children were kept entertained with our throw the ball into the dogs mouth game and there were lots of goodies for those with a keen aim. Sadly Hayley and Kelly weren't able to win themselves a prize but Jenni seemed to have a better throwing arm! Our game successfully raised £35.00 which we will donate to our chosen charity Guide Dogs for the Blind.

If you are interested in hydrotherapy with your dog, why not check out our dedicated hydrotherapy website by clicking here.

We took some great photos with some of our friends, do take a look at the collection below.

congratulations to all involved with the day, another successful event and we look forward to attending in the future.
