Jadia Carwood

Hi! I’m Jadia, and I’m part of the Client Care Team at Brentknoll since 2021. I love helping clients and their pets feel welcome, being able to make someone’s day a little easier — and give a few pets some cuddles along the way - is one of the best parts of my job.

When I’m not at work, I’m usually enjoying something creative or cosy. I love crochet, especially when I can curl up and make something cosy and colourful, and reading which lets me escape into new worlds whenever I need it. At home, I’m kept company by my pet cat, Sparkles, who is equal parts adorable supervisor and chaos gremlin — but always full of personality.

Overall, I’m someone who enjoys helping others, finding little moments of creativity, and sharing my life with the people (and pets!) that make it special.
