Hydrotherapist and Referral Admin

I'm Jo, I joined Brentknoll in 2015. I spent 3 years on Client Care before moving onto Assistant Practice Manager in 2018. I have always been interested in the clinical side of what we do here, so in 2025 I had the opportunity to start my Hydrotherapist training and joining Laura in our rehabilitation team. Alongside this I also joined the referral team organising appointments and getting complex referral cases seen by our referral vets.

In 2024 I helped us to receive our Endometriosis Friendly Employer status and in 2025 I completed my Pet Loss Counselling Diploma. I am a Mental Health First Aider meaning I can support my colleagues at difficult times.
I love my job as I can help such a wide range of pets and clients ,from pets who need rehabilitation to pets that travel for our referral specialists.

In my spare time I enjoy baking, reading, going to concerts, and watching wrestling. At home we are kept busy with our little one and lots of family activities.
