Assistant Practice Manager

I'm Jo I have worked in the practice since 2015 where I originally worked on client care meeting and greeting all our lovely clients and patients. 3 years ago, I moved onto management where I became Assistant Practice Manager adding a variety of new tasks to my day as well as recently becoming the Client Care Line Manager too. I love my job because it is so varied, and I am able to help in all areas of the practice, not just one.

I am also the practice's Mental Health First Aider; I enjoy knowing that I can help my colleagues through listening and resources. I like to make regular updates and noticeboards on topics helpful to my colleagues and be there to listen and support when they need it the most.

In my spare time I enjoy baking (and bringing them in for staff), looking after my Greyhound Victor, and spending quality time with my family.
