It's not just Santa who has a list to check this Christmas for pets in worcester

Here is Brentknoll's list of some of the good, the bad and the ugly to watch out for this Christmas to keep your pets happy and healthy into the new year...

Most of the naughty items on this list should be avoided at all costs as they can cause symptoms including vomiting, diarrhoea , kidney failure and in serious cases can be fatal.

If you suspect that your pet has ingested one of the items on this naughty list, please call Brentknoll Vets on 01905 355938, our vets are able to treat most cases easily and without much distress to your pet, however the quicker your pet can be seen the better.

We all need a treat during December and your pets are no exception, if you would like to spoil your pets this Christmas why not offer dogs a raw carrot which they love to chew and crunch or some plain Turkey meat which is safe (but make sure you take it off the bones as these may become lodged in your dogs throat or stomach.) Cats enjoy Turkey too or some plain white fish for a tasty treat.
