Every year during the last full week of September, the nation celebrates Deaf Dog Awareness Week. Many dogs are born deaf due to inherited defects and some lose their hearing from injury, illness or old age, this special week is dedicated to raising awareness and knowledge to improve the lives of deaf dogs.



Deputy Mayor Councillor Mike Whitehouse did the honors of cutting the ribbon to officially open the newly renovated CT department. Seen pictured here with Clinical Director Dave Fisher, it was a proud moment for Dave who has worked very hard to make this installation happen. 
It may have been a rather wet one this year but it was great to see so many waggy tails at this years fundraiser for Guide Dogs for the Blind and so many lovely families enjoying the day, we were impressed with how many were still smiling even in the rain.
On the 28th of June Client Care Supervisor Jenni Miles, Hydrotherapist Sharon Allen, Referrals Nurse Sarah Algar and Client Care member Rachael Brown spent the day at Power Park in St Peters as part of the
